<div>I read that in Connecticut voters passed a law decriminalizing the use of marijuana, but they might amend law making it a criminal offense. Voters passed the law by a 65-35% margin and local officials are tyring to repeal it for some reason. I just would like to know how our government is supposed to work if they can just repeal any law that the voters pass?</p>
